Hearing how extraordinary Extraordinary Cupcakes are, I just had to try one. So, I ventured over to Illy Coffee in Merchant’s Square next to Colonial Williamsburg, a great little coffee shop with a cool vibe that is frequented by a mix of locals, tourists and college students.
I chose a Red Velvet cupcake from the cute little kiosk just inside the front door. With the perfect mix of buttercream and cake, it paired deliciously with Illy’s expertly made cappuccino. The cute little foam heart floating on top of the cappuccino seemed almost like the barista’s way of saying, “yes, this Extraordinary Cupcake is something to love.”
